Same-Day Shipping Orders received Monday through Friday before 1pm ET are process and shipped the same day. Orders received after 1pm ET and any time on Saturday or Sunday are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Back Orders and Partial Shipments Although it is a high priority for us to ensure all of our items are in stock, there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or a manufacturer issue. In most cases, we receive back-ordered items within 5 business days. If your order contains a back-ordered item, it will be shipped to you as soon as it comes in. We will send it via the shipment method you chose. There is no additional charge for partial shipments, and you will not be billed until your item has shipped. You can cancel your order or any part of your order before it ships.
Order and Shipment Confirmation Emails Shortly after your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming your order. Once we ship your order, we will send you an email which contains your tracking number and confirms your shipment.
30-Day Return Policy As part of our commitment to provide you with complete satisfaction, we stand behind all of our products with a no-hassle 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason simply follow the instructions below and return the products (even if empty), within 30 days from the ordered date and you will not be billed for the order.
If you would like to return your order for a refund, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-896-0471 within 30 days of your purchase to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will not process or refund packages without an RMA number or marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused." All returns must display the RMA# on the outside of the returned package and returned items must be received at the warehouse within 30 days of your original purchase. If a package is returned to CHB Products as undeliverable for any reason (except where by fault of the shipping carrier or CHB Products) the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the product. Any calls for a return of products after the 30th day will not be accepted.
This guarantee does not apply to Health and Beauty Club trial offers. To cancel a trial offer you must follow the terms and conditions of the particular trial you signed up for. For products purchased on an auto-ship plan, the guarantee only applies to first-time shipments. No refund will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized return. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and may be returned only if in compliance with the return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, your refund will be less $8.00. We recommend using an insured carrier for returning packages with a tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost packages.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. If payment was made by a check or money order a refund check will be issued and mailed to customers billing address unless otherwise specified. Please allow 10-15 business days for refund processing.
